Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery time

After dispatch, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Orders to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Canada typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier volume, customs, weather, and peak seasons.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping once your order passes our free-shipping threshold — that's most multi-packs. You'll see it applied at checkout.
• Below the threshold, a flat Standard Tracked rate applies. The exact amount for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These aren't included in your order total and aren't something we control or collect. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours and we'll try to correct it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered but reported lost or stolen. If something goes wrong, contact us at [email protected] — we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and, where appropriate, work out a fair resolution.
